If you encounter any problems, just e-mail us with either your subscription number, transaction number or the e-mail address you used when joining and we'll cancel your subscription for you. You can cancel right up to the day before your subscription ends. It doesn't matter when you cancel your subscription during the month, you will of course still have access to the Members Area until the 30 days are up. You will usually receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation within a few hours. This is sent to the e-mail address you used when subscribing, if you have changed your address you obviously won't receive the e-mail! If you think this has happened, just e-mail us your new address and we'll confirm the cancellation on the new address.
I Can't Remember My Login Details!
If you've forgotten your username and password, please e-mail us with either your subscription number, transaction number or the e-mail address you used when joining and we'll get straight back to you. Please note that your subscription number, transaction number or e-mail address is needed so that we can verify that you are the account holder before we send you any log-in details.
The Log-In Window Doesn't Appear When I Click On The Members Area Link!
If you are not getting a log-in window to enter your username and password, you probably need to make some changes to your web browser settings. If you're using Internet Explorer, please follow these steps:
1. Click on Tools.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Choose Custom Level.
5. Scroll down to User Authentication/Logon and ensure that Automatic Logon only in Intranet zone is selected.
6. Click OK and restart your browser.
How Do I Download The Movies?
To download the movies and save them to your computer so that you can watch them without being online, simply right-click (CTL + click for Mac users) on the link and select Save Link As or Save Target As. Choose a location on your computer to save to, and click OK.
How Do I Download Photos?
If it's just a few photos you simply right-click (CTL+click for Mac users) on the enlarged photograph, select Choose Save Target As..., choose a location on your computer to save to and click OK. If you prefer to download an entire photoset, then we have all photosets on the site zipped up for a fast and easy download. To download a zip file, simply click on the zip file link and then choose the location where you want the file to save.
Will You Ever Contact Me?
When you join you will be sent an email confirming your subscription details. Other than that, the only other time we will email you is if you e-mail us first! You will never receive spam and we will never distribute your email address to anyone else. If you are at all worried, we suggest that you sign up for a free email address (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) and use that address to join.
What Will Show On My Credit Card?
If you join with a credit card, please note that our site name will not appear on your statement. Only the name of the billing company.
